HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: Health equity is one primary area that is directly linked to income, class, gender and race. Therefore, we are devoted to raising consciousness and awareness on prevention strategies, education and opportunities for diverse collaboration. We have special projects related to cancer clinical trials, tobacco cessation, domestic violence, cardiovascular health, diabetes prevention, and health and nutrition.
