HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We participated in the Atlanta CDC Reach Action Institute in August 2008. Since that time we have participated in group planning sessions with the Center for Health Equity. Also we have have shown the video of Unnatural Causes in two group settings and once to WVP board members after which I shared with the board our commitment to sharing the information with the community. Also, in November 2008, we showed the segment on Place Matters, after which Lisa Tobe, director of Health Equity, facilitated the discussion with about 40 people in attendance.
