HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We are developing a plan (both internal and external) to eliminate health disparities in Boulder County. We are using Unnatural Causes internally first, with a consultant, to increase understanding of the social determinants of health. We will then work with our community to address disparities, using Alameda County as a model.
