HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We have a committee on Health Care for Underserved Women which keeps our members informed and promotes equality health care and access policies at the state, national and international level. National Fetal and Infant Mortality Review program develops and supports processes at the state and community level to investigate and attend to the causes of infant mortality. The Maternal Mortality review program supports the processes to investigate the causes and reduce maternal mortality in the US and internationally.
