HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We work directly with the NC Division of Public Health to ensure that there are adequate resources for the public health needs of North Carolinians by acting as a liaison between the private and public sectors. NC DPH focuses on the health issues of the most needy and disadvantaged people in the state, including minorities, women and children in poverty and the elderly.
