HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We have a Disparities Council n place that is comprised of a cross functional team that examines potential health disparities within our own associate population, as well as our customers. In addition to that, our corporate foundation also includes the health of our communities, even those people who are not our customers. We have already identified and addressed several health equity issues within our workforce, among our customers and our communities and have received recognition from several organizations, including the National Black Caucus.
