HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: A community-based coalition whose members are health care providers, health care professionals and faith community. Through education, prevention and other creative iniatitive we work to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities. We are completing internal screenings and are now planning a policy forum mid -September as policy maker are compiling bill drafts for their next session. Community screening will also begin shortly after the policy forum.

- Engage in media outreach
- Use the series and materials in trainings or classes
- Post and share information about the series with members and constituents
